Meet our Chairperson, Maria Zarotiadou, Managing Director at Plan of Business and a dedicated advocate for gender equality. As a Certified Business Coach and Strategic Marketing Specialist, Maria has empowered countless professionals through mentorship and entrepreneurship training. Her expertise aligns seamlessly with this year’s summit focus on professional development and leadership for assistants.

Joining her as Co-Chair is Montserrat Sousa, an experienced Executive Coach who transitioned from a successful EA career to coaching managers and leaders. With a background in emotional intelligence and NLP, Montse is passionate about helping assistants refine their skills, enhance workplace impact, and achieve balance in high-pressure roles.
